To meet and exceed customer expectations.
To design simple, practical and valid training programs.
To teach skills that they can put into practice immediately.
To use different training methods and techniques to make sure attendants are interested. These include discussion sessions, individual and group exercises, self-evaluation questionnaires as well as information sharing.
To assist and encourage delegates to find their own areas of development rather than dictating them what to do or not to do. This way the delegates are able to prepare a development plan which they can commit to and follow up.
Assign high standards to all aspects of the training in order to make sure the sessions are effective and enjoyable as well as assuring the delegates are willing and motivated.
